  • Kay Rowe Nursery School April 15 2024
We are open for the summer term, please have a look at our recent Ofsted report and come for a tour of the nursery on Tuesdays. All children's centres activities are on the Children's Centre page.

Headteacher’s Welcome

At Kay Rowe we believe that children are naturally curious about the world around them and it is our job to make them feel safe, happy and relaxed at nursery so they are able to explore, play and learn from all the exciting learning opportunities we can offer. Our nursery is an inclusive setting where all children can follow their interests supported by interested and qualified staff. Staff at kay Rowe want children to feel really excited about learning and they know that the way they listen and interact with children will help them progress.

We are passionate about outdoor learning, we have a wonderful garden which is open all year round and is where much of the children’s play takes place. We have an established Forest school programme, Forest school takes part in our garden and in local woods.

I am so proud of our whole diverse school community, parents, children, staff and carers. Everyone has an important role to play in the life of the children at our nursery and by working together we will all improve children’s opportunities.

Have you heard about a doctor coming from overseas, offering to cure children of their autism?

There is no known cure to autism and this dangerous claim could pose serious issues.

If you have been affected, please call Newham’s Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub on 0203 373 4600

#GoodToGrowWeek will highlight a campaign for your right to grow food on suitable public sector land.

Join us on 24 April to find out how we reclaimed a council estate yard & transformed it into an RHS-award-winning community garden (with micro-allotments)!

Happy #Eid2024 to all our beloved families. Celebrating with family and friends over shared food is a universal language of love.
Unfortunately, our families living without kitchens can't do this. Please sign and share our petition to ask for change.📷
