We do lots of gardening at Kay Rowe. Observing and discussing growth in plants, animals and ourselves is an important part of our curriculum. At the end of the summer term we harvested the potatoes that were planted in the spring.
We got lots of potatoes which we chopped up together and cooked with cheese on the fire!
